 No matter what she did, Pix couldn't shake the tired feeling from a long, hard day of training. This was just how it had been lately. She'd been working from the afternoon until later hours. She normally wouldn't work so hard, but she felt she needed it. Ever since she came to the Pokemon Hotel with her friend Max, she had gotten beaten by just about every trainer she fought. Loosing was something the young girl didn't take to well. She was still a beginner trainer, but she felt she was destined to be much better. Some people would call her cocky and an over achiever. Those people were right. Pix would have a chance to be a less irritated person all the time if she would just take a moment to relax. Sadly, with her being behind off her late start, that was never going to happen.
Pix sighed as she let herself fall down into the black leather couch of the guest lounge. She could feel her body sink down into it as she watch her torchic flap his little wings and fly up onto the couch next to her. Torchic was also beat, being Pix's pokemon of choice for training lately, but she didn't mind. Torchic wanted all the things her owner wanted, and she was happy as long as she was able to help. Pix let out another over dramatic sigh and torchic looked up at her.
"Chic?"
[/color] Torchic chirped, looking up at her owner. Pix gave Torchic the pat on her head that she so rightly deserved for all her hard work.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/size] • • • •

Leaf walked into the Hotel Guest Lounge. She spotted a trainer and a Torchic and nearly laughed. They where obviously week. The Torchic was so exhausted it could barely flap it's pathetic little wings. She sneered at the girl and laughed. "Aww poor thing have a rough day did you? Well it's about to get even rougher. If you don't battle me right now I'll my my pokemon crush all of your pokemon." Leaf smiled still laughing. This was going to be fun. She loved crushing the spirits of kids. Yea the girl was about sixteen but everyone was a kid to her until they proved themselves other wise. Reaching for her belt she tapped each of her six poke'balls trying to decide which one to use.
"Let's see I'll start with Purrloin she's my weakest pokemon but still strong enough to crush you. Than I'll move on to Ditto where I'll use your pokemon's own moves to beat the living magikarp out of it. Than I'll use Muk so I can Poison all your pokemon. After Muk I'll use Gothitelle. And than if you and your pathetic pokemon are still in one piece I'll use my main pokemon."

Pix was pulled out of her relaxation mode in a disturbing matter when some brat came along and started making fun of her torchic. Torchic was her best friend, and this was something she would not stand for. What was her problem? Why did someone feel the need to be so cruel to such an innocent pokemon?
"Don't talk to my torchic that way! And I am not going to battle you, can't you see my torchic is beat? Why on earth would a want to put him through that?"
This girl kept going on and on about how her pokemon could beat her pokemon easily. She wasn't even being fair, after a hard day of training, she wasn't going to put up with this.
"Shoo fly, don't bother me," Pix said, picking up her torchic and putting her on her lap.
She made a fly swatting motion with her hand.

Leaf glared at the girl her eyes darkened and filled with hate and anger. "You and your pokemon wouldn't stand a chance if they where at full strength. You don't push them hard enough. If you don't push them they'll never get stronger." Her voice was filled with hate and she leaned closer and closer to the girl. "Heck I bet my Jackal side could defeat you and she's weak," she taunted."[/b] Looking at the Torchic she glowered and aimed a kick at it wanting to hurt it.
But before she could kick it her foot stopped. No not now. She fought to keep the Jackal side inside her. "You will not get free. I will throw you in ever cell I can make. Now get back where you belong and stop ruining my fun."[/i] She shouted in her head to the Jackal side.
Leaf watched everything that her Hyde side did and fought to get free. She knew what the Hyde side was planning. She was going to hurt the girl and her pokemon. Leaf would not allow it. "No I won't let you hurt that nice girl and her pokemon."[/i] He urge to help the girl and her pokemon was stronger than the Hyde's hate. She broke free but he knew how long she would be free before Hyde broke free again. "Run, go, run now before my Hyde side breaks free again. I don't want to hurt you but the Hyde does. She wants to hurt you and your pokemon." She forced out hoping to get the girl to flee while she had the chance.

[/color] This girl was not giving up. And jackal side? What on earth was she talking about? This girl was clearly crazy, and she needed to get some help. Pix wondered why she wasn't on medication for her insanity. Still, she had never met a crazy person before, and she thought it would be more exciting than this. This was just annoying. Now this girl was talking to herself too? "Hurt me? What are you talking about? Are you sick?" Torchic hopped off to the other side of the couch and Pix stood up and put a hand on the girl's shoulder. "Would you like me to go find you a nurse?"She was now actually a little concerned for her.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/size] • • • •

Leaf shook her head fighting the Hyde side. "What ever you do don't listen to the Hyde side. She only wants to hurt you. I'm trying to help you." No, no, no she cried out as she felt the shove from Hyde but she fought back pushing her back. But she was quickly growing week. She wouldn't have control for much longer. "No it will be to late by than. Listen have you ever hear of the Jackal and Hyde curse? That's what's wrong with me. Their are to personalities in me. The Jackal which is me to good and kind side. And than their is the Hyde side which is pure evil. The Hyde side is stronger than me. I'm telling you, you need to run for your and your pokemon's own safety." Leaf cried out as Hyde took over shoving her in the deepest and darkest section of her mind that it could find.
Leaf smiled cracked her neck. "Well that was fun..... NOT!" Leaf glared at the girl and sighed. "Stupid girl you should of listened to her while you had the chance." Grabbing her poke'ball she tossed it in the air. Lucario use Bone rush on this stupid girl and her Torchic."[/b]
Lucario tilted his head than rushed at the girl obeying his trainer. He barred many marks and scars from hard battles and training sessions with his pokemon trainer.

Four trainers headed into the guest lounge; each had 3 pokeballs on their belt and they were chatting lightly about different things including how things were different from their home. There was one female and she was dressed in a simple red dress, the other 3 that were with her were men; one was wearing a simple red outfit and his hair was short and black. The second man was wearing a dark red simple outfit; while the last was wearing a brown outfit with a white overcoat. Two of the men were holding hands and the woman and third man were also holding hands showing that they were a couple.
Akadeanna's attention was caught at 2 trainers who were in the lounge already, impressed that one had a Lucario and the other one had a torchic. Her sky blue eyes looked at the 2 trainers intently touching one of the pokeballs that were on her belt remembering the day she got her first pokemon that was now a Typhlosion back home in the Kanto Region.

"Jackal and Hyde curse? That's like, a fairy tail or something?"
Pix was extremely confused. She barely remembered those words from some old story or something. Even though she barely remembered the story, she knew it was fictional. Fictional stories didn't come true. Pix's eyes widened and she back up a little bit when the girl pulled out her pokeball.
"You've got to be kidding me, I said I wouldn't fight!"
The pokemon was commanded to attack. Pix scooped her torchic up and ran backwards, just getting the painful glaze of the move. Wow, did it hurt. Not only was she crazy, but she was a crazy bully.
"Just leave us alone!"
Torchic leaped out of her trainers arms and stood in front of her, wabbling, still beat up from their training sessions, to defend now, but Pix picked Torchic back up again, unwilling to let her.

Leaf laughed, "Dear the Jackal and Hyde Curse is very, very real. But that doesn't matter." She watched as the Lucario's attack hit squarely. But just as she was about to order the next attack when another girl walked in. She glared at her and grabbed another poke'ball. "Gothitelle use Confusion on them all than use Telekinesis to raise the Torchic up to the ceiling than throw it hard."
Leaf knew she was out of her league. She could easily crush the girl and her pokemon but this new girl. Well she complicated things. Once her Gothita used confusion on them and threw the Torchic to distract the week trainer she would take her leave.
