Akira arrived to the Hotel and signed in. He would be staying for about two weeks so was renting a living space. Once he carted his pack and other items up into his mini apartment he grabbed his map and set out to find the battle arena. It took him a while but eventually he found it. Once he arrived he started battling but he kept his prized pokemon in his poke'ball. He didn't want to show it off until he found the right trainer to battle.

Once he finished his last battle he walked to the wall and leaned against the wall and watched as his Persian raced around greeting everyone. When Star ran up to a boy with white hair who was sitting on a bench. He had a Rayquaza with him. Getting up he walked over to him. "Looks like my Persian has taken a liking to you. That's a nice pokemon you got with you. Almost as nice as my prized pokemon." Reaching for his belt he grabbed the poke'ball at the front and pressed the button and tossed it in the air. "Come on out Alpha." A bright light lit up and when it disappeared a Arceus stood beside Akira. "Meet Alpha my Arceus."

Akira scratched Star's ears, "My Persian has nothing wrong with it. I have battled several people here none even strong enough for me to show them Alpha. Star here tell's me who is strong. She can sense a strong strainer." Grabbing Alpha's poke'ball he called him back in. When the boy introduced himself Akira just laughed. "That's one heck of a way to challenge someone. But I accept how about a three on three poke battle."

With Star at his side he headed for an empty battle arena. He looked down at Star and nodded.

Star leaped into the battle arena and let out a roar ready and roaring for her first battle that day.

Akira smiled, he could hear the guy talking to himself. He was planning on using Arceus that was for sure. But he would save him for last. He would start with his weakest pokemon which was Star. She was strong but not as strong as some of his other pokemon. "Oh your about to see just how easy this is going to be," he laughed. He grabbed a coin from his pocket. On one side was a picture of a Lugia on the other was an Arceus. "Call Lugia or Arceus." Akira tossed it in the middle.

Akira watched the coin flip in the air than landed on the ground on Arceus. "Arceus I go first. Star use taunt than fallow it up with swift." Akira just smiled he obviously thought his Luxray was fast. But he knew nothing about Persians they where much faster than a Luxray. But he had told star to hold her speed back. He wanted to surprise this guy. His Arceus wasn't his only strong pokemon. Star may not be as strong as a Luxray or have as good of a defense. But she made up for it in speed. "Oh I think my chances are pretty good if I do say so myself." He smiled and waited to see what his opponent did.

Akira continued to smile, he waited and laughed. "I'm sorry but taunt keeps you from using anything but attack moves for one round. you can't use charge." Akira continued to laugh. "Dodge than get up real close and use Bite."

Star swiftly dodged the thunder fang than turned and used bite.

"I don't think you got this battle in the bag after all. I think this round is mine. My pokemon is faster than Luxray. Your the one throwing the tough guy act. I'm just being me. Why don't you try and act like you instead of a stuck up prick," he laughed.
