A new rule has been added to our list of rules just to ensure the members on our site are showing some activity. This is not to be rude, this is just to keep things moving along. Just don't forget that we will make exceptions if you give us a reason to. 
Members who have joined must start a character application within five days of joining. After that, you have another six days to finish your application. If you need more time than that, just PM a staff member to let them know.
