Co-Administrator?

I'm looking for a Co-Administrator. I just need one to help me completely run the site and make decisions such as rules on legendary pokemon and such things. Also, I'm not very good at making the tough decisions, like kicking people who aren't posting or who never log on. Anyways, I just need help running the site. Any global moderator had have this position if they want it. Just post here about it. It's sort of a first come first serve thing, because I think all my GMs are equally qualified.
